Exchange & returns 

All products purchased on le-ra.dk can be exchanged for another item or returned within 14 days of receipt. If you wish to exchange or return an item, please send an email to hellolera.info@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt and explain why you wish to return it. The item must be shipped within 14 days after you have sent the email.

All items must be returned in the same condition as received. The item must be returned in the original packaging and securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. Please note that the return may be canceled if it is determined that the item is damaged due to inadequate packaging.

Shipping costs are paid by the customer, when returning an order.
In this case, please carefully read the following information:

• your order number
• first and last name
• the item(s) you wish to return
• the reason for the return

Warranty claims - 24 months 

One of the key values behind LERA is to avoid contributing to overconsumption - And because of that, I prefer to offer a replacement of the damaged elements, rather than discarding the entire product.
These are small steps, we can do together, towards a more responsible consumption <3 
Your purchase at LERA is protected under sales law, providing you with a 24-month period to address any defects. Claims must be substantiated and damages occurring from improper use are not covered. All items are produced in thrifted/deadstock fabrics, which means that a big part of the fabrics already have had a past life before it became a part of your bag.
If you experience bigger faults with the fabrics after proper use, it may be a fault in the textile.
In this case, please send an email to: hellolera.info@gmail.com - In which you tell about the damaged parts and we will find the best solution together.
